Frequently Asked Questions for Helpers
We do not charge fees to helpers. Our helpers start their new jobs off with no salary deductions and no burdensome fees.
We conduct interviews either in the client’s home, a local coffee shop, or in our office. One reason to conduct interviews in the clients home is because it gives you a chance to see the working environment and you will be better informed about the job scope. We conduct interviews in our office by appointment only, no need to show up here on Sundays unless requested.
We are located in the JustCo office in The Centrepoint Mall. Please let us know if you’ll be stopping by so we can be sure to meet you there. Our address is 176 Orchard Rd, #04-04. Our closest MRT is Somerset.
We only work with transfer helpers currently in Singapore. Helpers come to us in many different ways during their job search. Some employers will recommend their helpers to us, others are friends of helpers we already know. Some find us through Facebook or our advertising efforts.
That is ok, sometimes expat employers look for helpers who have never worked in expat households before. Please go ahead and apply.
Unfortunately, if your employer will not allow you to transfer, we cannot help you. Perhaps try talking to them nicely and explaining the reasons you would like to transfer, then maybe they will reconsider.
