Submit your requirements to us and we will post an ad on your behalf in our private Facebook group with over 10,000 helpers looking for employment. We collect biodatas from interested candidates and screen them for you. We send you the best potential candidates, and you let us know if you would like to interview them.
We collect an extensive biodata, pull their record from MOM, and do a social media screening. We ask for reference letters when possible. We also pre-interview them before sending them on interviews.
We are flexible. We conduct interviews either in your home, a local coffee shop, or in our office. One reason to conduct interviews in your home is because it gives the helper a chance to see the working environment and she will be better informed about the job scope.

We only work with transfer helpers currently in Singapore. Helpers come to us in many different ways during their job search. Some employers will recommend their helpers to us, others are friends of helpers we already know. Some find us through Facebook or our advertising efforts.
We do have a replacement policy. If your helper does not work out, we can waive the service fee and help you replace her if you let us know within 3 months from the issue date of her work permit.
